DataYield – agile data management from farming machines and services to new business -project aims to find ways to support end-users (farmers) new and sustainable business development in a way of agile usage of farm data. Project develops and demonstrates new ways and practical technical tools to manage, authorize and safely transfer the data from farming machines and sensors to farmer-owned and authorized data storages. These local, farmer governed data spaces and storages can be connected to European data spaces and ecosystems by using the demonstrated data intermediation (DISP) services. Farmers data storage will locally act as a centralized, but at the same time decentralized multi-actor accessible data space and sharing tool for new business development.
